I can see that the Yen might increase due to natural disasters in the U.S., but I’m not sure Irma has anything to do with the value of the EUR. Certainly, you can see that Draghi’s talk during the ECB press conference caused some wild fluctuations in both directions which are typical for the emotional chaos during such times.
