A responsible way of viewing positive progress would be to point out the ways it could succeed. But instead, CNBC searches for an awkward picture and searches deliberately for a way to find something negative about how the deal might fail if Trump does not also create a way to enforce the deal. The natural positive view would be to assume there will be a mutual agreement and future behavior would be based on this positive trust. Oh well, at least some of us can see the motives in news reporting that constantly bombards us with the most negative side of everything.
